In this study, a sample drawn from two birth cohorts in Norway was biennially examined between the ages of 6 and 14 (<i>n</i> = 852, 50.1% girls, 93% Norwegian). Parents completed the Emotion Regulation Checklist, and teachers completed the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function.
