Novoloop breaks ground on circular plastics pilot plant with Aether

Abstract

On January 17, 2024, Novoloop announced the construction of a pilot plant in India. This collaboration with Aether Industries, a publicly listed specialty chemical manufacturer and chemical process development provider, is intended to demonstrate the scalability of Novoloop's Lifecycling™ technology. This technology transforms post-consumer plastic waste into monomers for the synthesis of virgin-quality, high-performance materials such as the company's Lifecycled™ thermoplastic polyurethane.
