Features of control in nursing practice

Abstract

The article describes the features of the control function in the work of heads of nursing services. The purpose of the study is to improve the effectiveness of nursing staff as a result of control by the head of the nursing ser vice. Results. The main methods and ways of control by nursing service heads were analyzed, and the effectiveness of the identified methods and ways of control organizing was assessed. Conclusion. To achieve the main goals of control, timely identify deficiencies, and determine the ways to overcome them, it is necessary to evenly distribute all forms of control, which have their own management functions and methods.
