This research uses bandotan leaf extract, which is made through the maceration extraction method using 96% ethanol solvent, with the optimum formula obtained using the factorial design method and statistical tests using the SPPS one sample t test. The skin is the outermost part of the body that is susceptible to bacterial infection. Therefore the skin requires a preparation that effectively kills bacteria such as liquid soap.
