However, nowadays it is increasingly being considered as a promising and convenient way to deliver many drugs with a resorptive effect into the body. This is not surprising: this method of administration has a number of advantages and can be used for drugs produced only in the form of injectable solutions. The drug will not be metabolized in the liver, since it will enter the blood directly through the epithelium of the nasal cavity, which is abundantly supplied with blood. In addition, compared with injectable dosage forms, this method is less traumatic and does not require the participation of medical personnel and special training.
