Abstract

[ABSTRACT-Every organization needs to improve organizational performance. Such improvements can be achieved through improved performance of human resources or individuals owned. To improve individual performance, then the organization must perform performance measurements.One dimension that can be used in performance measurement is competence.To that end, the aim of this research is to find out the influence of knowledge, skills, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the performance of officials at the Liaison Service of Southeast Aceh District.
