To improve individual performance, then the organization must perform performance measurements.One dimension that can be used in performance measurement is competence.To that end, the aim of this research is to find out the influence of knowledge, skills, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the performance of officials at the Liaison Service of Southeast Aceh District. As for the formula of the problem in this study is whether knowledge, skills, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence have a positive and significant influence on the performance of staff at the Liaison Service of Southeast Aceh District.The study used a quantitative method involving 26 respondents.Data collection is done using query division.
