Pengaruh Teknologi Aceptance Model Aplikasi Sambara terhadap Minat Masyarakat Membayar Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor di Wilayah I Pajajaran Kota Bandung

Abstract. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and analyzing the influence of the technology acceptance model on people's interest in paying motorized vehicle tax online. And to identify and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the acceptance model technology on public interest in paying Motor Vehicle Tax online. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, the population used is people who use the SAMBARA application to pay for PKB online. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents online and analyzed. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Ease Of Use. Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Attitude Toward Using. Toward Using has a positive and significant effect on continuity intention. Continuity Intention has a positive and significant effect on Public Interest in Paying PKB Online Through the SAMBARA Application. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Untuk menggidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh teknologi aceptance model terhadap minat masyarakat dalam membayar Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor secara online. Dan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh teknologi aceptance model terhadap minat masyarakat dalam membayar Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dengan cara memferivkasi data yang telah diperoleh , populasi yang digunakan adalah masyarakat yang menggunakan aplikasi SAMBARA untuk membayar PKB secara online. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden secara online dan dianalisis. Analisis data memggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perceived Ease Of Use. Perceived Eease of Use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Using. Toward Using berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuity intention. Continuity Intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Masyarakat dalam Membayar PKB Secara Online Melalui Aplikasi SAMBARA.
