Abstract

The crisis has been experienced by humanity from the very beginning of its existence, it happens indirect and direct forms. Most common example of a crisis is the COVID-19 pandemic, which meant that the concept of crisis had to be defined not only at the level of human safety, but also at the level of security and continuity of contracts or the functioning of employees in the workplace. This article describes horizontal definitions of a crisis, indicates examples of crisis situations, and emphasizes the role of the Police institution in a crisis.
