Morphological changes in the treatment cell were observed using a phase-contrast microscope. After 72 hours of treatment, the extracts inhibited cell proliferation, with IC50 values of 72.26±5.75µg/mL. Increasing the extract concentration decreased the number of living cells. The most frequently observed abnormal morphology was cell shrinkage.
