Abstract
This research aims to address the absence of an employee performance assessment system at a company by designing and implementing a system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The goal is to support decision-making and evaluate employee productivity, ultimately maintaining high company productivity. The AHP method was utilized to determine the level of productivity of each existing employee, leading to changes in ranking positions for certain operators. The results highlight the effectiveness of the AHP-based assessment system in enhancing employee productivity and its potential implications for decision support in performance evaluation.
Highlight :
The research aims to design and implement an employee performance assessment system using the AHP method.
The AHP method was effective in determining the level of productivity of each employee and led to changes in ranking positions for certain operators.
The results highlight the potential implications of the AHP-based assessment system for decision support in performance evaluation.
Keywords: employee performance assessment, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), decision-making, productivity, performance evaluation
