Abstract
In this paper, a hybrid encryption algorithm based on AES and 3DES is proposed to improve the security of data transmission in human resources and social security informatization. We first analyze the advantages and disadvantages of AES and 3DES, and then elaborate on why the two algorithms are used in combination.
