The study revealed that changes in places of employment due to the pandemic had a negative impact on the work-life balance of female employees in Jeju. Abstract

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses actively implemented new work arrangements(work from home, flexible work arrangement, untact work)with both the goals of infection prevention and improved operational efficiency.
