Abstract

This study is based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept and aims to explore effective ways to reform liberal arts education in colleges and universities. By analyzing the emphasis of the OBE concept on students' learning outcomes and practical ability cultivation, the researchers proposed a series of educational reform strategies guided by the OBE concept.
