Abstract
The ability to efficiently share information has both commercial and societal benefits—even more so when the data can be shared outside of a host organization. For example, improved data sharing between medical providers that are not in the same network will enhance patient care [1] as well as reduce costs by sharing data and minimizing redundant testing.
