After encapsulated the benzotriazole (BTA) corrosion inhibitor and coated with epoxy resin (EP) on the surface of Cu plate, the obtained sample B-ZIF-8@EP exhibited enhanced corrosion protection with high impedance and positive self-corrosion potential due to the release of BTA in the corrosion process. Abstract
