Modern aspects of diagnostics and treatment of circulatory disorders in the vertebrobasilar system

Abstract

The article proposes a methodologically new approach to the diagnostics and complex treatment of circulatory disorders in the vertebrobasilar system, including clinical and neurophysiological methods that improve the assessment of metabolic regulation of cerebral circulation, methods for assessing the functional state of the segmental division of the sympathetic nervous system and complex treatment with the use of neuroreflex methods (reflexotherapy and manual therapy), which increases the effectiveness of diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
