Abstract

Dilated cardiomyopathy is a rare but dangerous cardiac manifestation of hemolytic anemia that can lead to heart failure. We report a 3-year-old male with dilated cardiomyopathy refractory to angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor treated successfully with Sacubitril/Valsartan combination.
