As cities increasingly embrace AI for operational automation, data-driven decision-making, and environmental improvements, regulatory challenges surface, spanning concerns related to privacy, service delivery discrimination, and ethical considerations. The impact of AI adoption, especially in healthcare following the 2019 global health crisis, is underscored, emphasizing the pivotal role of AI algorithms, including ANN, RNN/LSTM, CNN/R-CNN, DNN, and SVM/LS-SVM, in shaping urban development trajectories.
