Information gathered indicated that the nurses had an average age of 28.58± 4.92 years, with 82.5% of respondents being female and 64.2% were single. Additionally, 66.7% had a bachelor’s degree, 50.8% had 1-5 years of professional experience, and 79.2% worked on a rotating shift schedule. Furthermore, 73.3 % of nurses chose their profession voluntarily, and 27.5% worked between 46-50 hours per week.
