Pulse durations by a level of 0.5 and front durations by levels of 0.1–0.9 of monopulses peak power of RGB-laser monopulses in the spectral range from 355 to 1572 nm using an LFD-2A germanium avalanche photodiode and Thorlabs DET08CL/M InGaAs pin-diode with a LECROY (2.5 GHz) digital oscilloscope were measured.
