The area under real estate increased by 33%, 47%, 29%, 21%, and 22% during 1990–1996, 1996–2003, 2003–2008, 2008–2014, and 2014–2018, respectively. Among the cities surrounding Delhi, Gurgaon, Rohtak, Noida, and Faridabad have witnessed maximum real estate growth.
