According to the result for drug sensitivity, antibiotic therapy was switched to cefoperazone/sulbac-tam and levofloxacin.Conclusions: Cooperation between clinical microbiology laboratories and surgeons is essential for the infected patient without typical symptoms. Abstract

Background: Yokenella regensburgei is a gram-negative, opportunistic pathogen that is ubiquitous in natural environments. It commonly affects immunocompromised patients.
