Abstract

This study aims to design a school culture management model based on Toraja local wisdom "mangka dolo na masiang". This research refers to the type and mechanism of research and development (R&D) from Borg & Gall. Data were collected using literature, documents, interviews, questionnaires, and observation techniques. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive narrative.
