Abstract

The importance of the disclosure of corporate information for attracting capital from interested parties is substantiated. It is shown that information about the activities of an enterprise placed in the public domain can have both positive and negative sides. The experience of the information openness of the largest Russian companies is described based on the analysis of their non-financial reports.
