Abstract

Il contributo, alla luce del carattere relativo e contingente della soggettività giuridica, mira a riflettere sull’impatto che le nuove tecnologie possono avere al riguardo. The paper, taking as a starting point the relativity of legal subjectivity, proposes some reflections about the possible impacts of new technologies on it.
