Correlations of ADAMTS13 Expression with Kidney Injury and Inflammatory Cytokine Changes in Rats with Preeclampsia

Compared to Controls, PE rats exhibited decreased ADAMTS13 expression in renal tissues and plasma. Plasma IL-6 and IL-8 levels were elevated, inversely proportional to ADAMTS13 concentration in PE rats.
