Legal Tools of Strategic Planning in the Sphere of Protection of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values

Abstract

The article presents the author’s idea of the establishment of the main legal tools of strategic planning of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the sphere of traditional spiritual and moral values, culture and historical memory.
