Abstract

This paper highlights the role of editors and reviewers as mentors to future generations of scholars. The author shares personal recollections and experiences that document TCR’s long-standing commitment to promoting publication as a learning experience. Looking forward, the paper forecasts the impact of Teachers College Record initiatives in blending tradition and innovation to share the voices of scholars worldwide.
