Quality Management System (QMS) is a strategic approach adopted by organisations to ensure the quality of products or services offered. This system aims at the satisfaction of activities and the achievement of organisational objectives, in accordance with international standards, such as ISO 9001:2015. Intellectual property includes the legal rights and protection afforded to innovation and creativity, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
