In recent years, Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms have emerged as a transformative force in the realm of cinematic storytelling, redefining the boundaries of artistic expression and democratizing access to global audiences. This research paper explores the impact of OTT platforms on Tamil cinema, with a specific focus on the critically acclaimed film 'Viduthalai.' The study investigates how OTT platforms have provided Tamil filmmakers with newfound freedom of expression, enabling them to address socially relevant and often sensitive topics.
