Faith and Truth in the words and deeds of Sofron Mudryi

Abstract

Research target: analysis of life path of Bishop Sofron Mudryі From memories of the archpastoral activities of Bishop Sofron Mudryі, his performances as on excellent teacher and organiser of spiritual enlightenment in Ivano-Frankivsk’s Taras Shevchenko regional higher education institution «Prosvita”, at meetings and sessions of T.Shevchenko Scientific Society, at meetings and conferences in I.Franko regional scientific library, solemn meetings, his traditional books and speeches among the local population outside of the church, have all been recorded in recant memory. Every event in the past and present Sophron Mudryі measured by spirituality, morality, unity and purity of the human soul. A righteous man of the church, who treated the holy word with great respect bringing it to Ukrainian people.
