Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method so that only company data that met the criteria were processed. The sample that complied was 14 companies. The results of this study indicate that BOD diversity has a negative and significant effect on R&D intensity, while company size and liquidity have a positive effect on R&D intensity but not significant. As for company productivity, BOD diversity and liquidity have a positive but not significant effect, while firm size has a positive and significant effect. Abstract

In this study, research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the intensity of Research and Development (R&D) and company productivity in manufacturing companies.
