ON THE QUESTION OF ALLOWANCE SPECIALIZED UNITS FOR ENSURING PUBLIC ORDER (in transportation and technology sectors transport infrastructure facilities) OF THE INTERIOR AFFAIRS BODIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN TRANSPORT ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND POWERS

Abstract

The article discusses issues of legal support for transport security at transport infrastructure facilities. Taking into account the forecast indicators for the development of transport facilities, a reasonable conclusion is given about the need to improve legislation in the field of transport security. It is noted that the system of counteracting acts of illegal interference in transport activities will be most effective with close interaction between the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in transport and the forces ensuring transport security at transport infrastructure facilities. Based on the analysis, proposals have been devel-oped to provide specialized units of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in transport with additional functions, tasks and powers.
