SOME PROBLEMS OF INVESTIGATING CRIMES, ORGANIZED CRIMINAL GROUPS FORMED ON AN ETHNIC BASIS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the criminalistic problems of investigating crimes committed by organized criminal groups formed on an ethnic basis. The causes and features of the crisis in the sphere of public relations related to the activities of organized ethnic crime are analyzed. The features of the investigation of this category of crimes are investigated. The special importance of overcoming the opposition to the investigation by ethnic organized criminal groups is substantiated. Conclusions and suggestions on improving the investigation of crimes committed by organized ethnic groups are formulated
