However, there are very few ongoing clinical trials on the therapy/vaccine development against Marburg virus. Some of the potential studied candidates are chimpanzee adenovirus type 3, modified vaccinia Ankara, Marburg DNA plasmid vaccine, antisense phosphorodiamidate morpholino oligomers, and galidesivir. Purpose of Review
