Abstract
Irradiation of a cooled matrix photodetector by parasitic radiation in a cryostat for different shapes and designs of a cold diaphragm is numerically simulated. It is found that the optimal shape of a cold diaphragm is a cylinder with two internal optics diaphragms (additional diaphragms). Irradiation of the matrix photodetector by parasitic radiation is about \(9{.}82\times 10^{-5}\) W \(\cdot\) cm\({}^{-2}\) with an uneven distribution over the area of about 3\(\%\).
