The paper contains the results of determining the area and the value of the mean square error. Abstract

The article presents the results of the research project to create 3D models of buildings from digital images using a smartphone camera and the Agisoft Photoscan Professional software, comparing them with data obtained with an electronic total station. The authors outlined the possibilities of using the described technologies for the development of 3D cadastre, which can simplify creation of virtual models through the adaptation of modern widgets. The technological sequence of creating a building model in a virtual format and the accuracy of linear measurements are considered here. The paper contains the results of determining the area and the value of the mean square error.
