The problems of the carbon land management methodology

Abstract

The article shows the historical roots of a new scientific and practical discipline - carbon land management. It is based on the works of D. Ricardo, G. George, V.I. Vernadsky and an academician S.A. Udachin. The authors underline the directions for improving the carbon land management methodology.
