Determination of parameters of a homogeneous level ellipsoid by measured gravity values

Abstract

The article considers the determination of the fundamentally non-measurable parameters of the mass (fm), small (b) and large (a) semi-axes of the normal gravitational field of a homogeneous level ellipsoid by the measured values of its angular velocity (ω), gravity at the equator (Ge) and pole (Gp), and also analytical formulas for determination.
