The triple bottom theory was selected, and three aspects were identified, including environmental, economic, and social aspects. Through the literature review, the Delphi method, and the analytic hierarchy process, the comprehensive evaluation indicator system, including 18 influencing factors, was proposed. Moreover, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was combined with the model to solve the evaluation results. A case study in Liaoning Province was offered and, according to the analysis results, the economic aspect at the first level was the most critical factor; the financial subsidy for the purchase of aquaculture machinery, the energy consumption of the machinery and equipment, and the promotion and use of aquaculture technology were the most important factors and had the greatest impact on the development of aquaculture mechanization in China. Abstract

Promoting the mechanization of aquaculture is one of the most important supporting measures to ensure the high-quality development of the aquaculture industry in China. 中国辽宁水产养殖机械化发展的影响因素分析
推进水产养殖机械化是确保我国水产养殖业高质量发展的重要配套措施之一。为解决人工作业为主的问题,降低水产养殖成本,系统分析了中国水产养殖机械化的影响因素。选取了三重底理论,确定了环境、经济和社会三个方面。通过文献综述、德尔菲法和层次分析法,提出了包括 18 个影响因素在内的综合评价指标体系。此外,还将模糊综合评价法与模型相结合,对评价结果进行了求解。以辽宁省为例,根据分析结果,第一层次的经济因素是最关键的因素;购买水产养殖机械的财政补贴、机械设备的能耗、水产养殖技术的推广和使用是最重要的因素,对中国水产养殖机械化的发展影响最大。提出了推广机械化装备、提高购机补贴等有效实施路径和对策,为提高水产养殖机械化水平提供重要决策依据。
