Based on a theoretical understanding of the contradictions in the regulation of re- quirements for pharmaceutical specialists, the authors express a personal position on the need to refine regulatory legal documents and provide the key terms of the necessary changes. The issues considered have high theoretical and practical significance and will be of interest to all specialists related to the organization of pharmaceutical business. Abstract

In this review, an attempt is made to consider the most problematic issues of the selection and placement of pharmaceutical personnel in pharmacy organizations, taking into account the qualification and functional requirements for specialists.
