The authors systematize the existing requirements regulating the qualification characteristics of pharmaceutical workers according to the positions and labor functions of the employee. The publication examines the most controversial issues of regulation of pharmaceutical activities in the field of personnel and presents a discussion on the resolution of controversial issues of regulation of modern re- quirements for pharmaceutical workers in real pharmacy practice. Based on a theoretical understanding of the contradictions in the regulation of re- quirements for pharmaceutical specialists, the authors express a personal position on the need to refine regulatory legal documents and provide the key terms of the necessary changes. The issues considered have high theoretical and practical significance and will be of interest to all specialists related to the organization of pharmaceutical business.
