Research has indicated a higher prevalence of heart disease in Asian countries compared to Western nations, with South Asia bearing a considerable burden. Pakistan, as a developing country, is also grappling with the challenges posed by heart disease. Consequently, this research aimed to comprehend the significance and social support role and managing mechanisms in association with the quality of life-related to the health experienced by individuals with heart conditions. The research methodology employed in this study was a survey design, and data collection took place in hospitals located in Sargodha. A purposive and snowball sampling technique was utilized to gather information from 140 heart patients.
