The change in the work system from offline to online also changes the mechanisms and costs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with case studies to analyze the impact of the new work system on organizational performance using secondary data from performance reports and other supporting documents. The result shows that changes in the way of working did not largely affect the achievement of organizational performance targets.
