Survei Tingkat Anxiety dan Kepercayaan Diri di Perguruan Garuda Nusantara Kabupaten Kudus

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the level of anxiety and self-confidence in the Perguruan Garuda Nusantara Kabupaten Kudus. This research uses quantitative methode. The data source for this research uses the Random Sampling technique and taking data using a questionnaire. This type of research is a survey. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis with a validity test. There are 30 interviewees. The location of this research is in Perguruan Garuda Nusantara Kabupaten Kudus. The target of the research is athletes Perguruan Garuda Nusantara in Kabupaten Kudus. The results of the athletes in Perguruan Garuda Nusantara Kabupaten Kudus showed that the anxiety and self-confidence level gets a good category with an average value of 75,4% and 72,8%. The conclution is the magnitude of the athlete’s anxiety level will affect the self-confidence the athlete. So with anxiety and self-confidence can affect the performance of pencak silat athletes of Perguruan Garuda Nusantara Kabupaten Kudus.
