Abstract
This paper provides a solution for upgrading the existing training equipment and updating the training content to meet the current development trends in the automation field. Through experimentation with various options, the author chose to utilize Siemens’ SIMATIC IOT2050 to upgrade the MPS system and the Classification Station within the MPS system to illustrate the implementation process of this solution. The plan was executed through a series of steps, including configuring hardware devices, designing graphical interfaces, connecting communication to read and write PLC addresses, creating animated effects and interactive events within the interface, and connecting to access the monitoring and control interface via the internet. As a result of this project, the IoT technology training equipment in the industry has been upgraded and the Classification Station is now capable of being controlled and monitored remotely over the internet.
