Obesitas merupakan kondisi yang diakibatkan oleh tidak seimbangnya intake makanan yang masuk dengan energi yang dikeluarkan sehingga menyebabkan tumpukan lemak di dalam tubuh. Tujuan: untuk melakukan edukasi remaja terkait kebugaran dan kesehatan agar tidak terjebak dalam perangkap kemajuan teknologi yang membawa pada perilaku sedentary. Metode: Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk edukasi melalui ceramah dan praktik latihan langsung di kelas. Pengetahuan responden diambil dengan kuesioner sebelum dan setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil: siswa hanya melakukan aktivitas fisik 1 kali dalam seminggu yaitu saat jam pelajaran penjaskes di sekolah. Rerata denyut nadi siswa berkisar antara 90-100 kali per menit. Pada latihan kebugaran push up, kategori kurang sebanyak 28 siswa, kategori cukup 7 siswa, dan kategori baik 3 siswa. Tes kebugaran sit up, kategori kurang sebanyak 26 siswa, kategori cukup 6 siswa, kategori baik 6 siswa. Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa SMA MIBS Kebumen dalam kategori kurang. Edukasi meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang kesehatan dan kebugaran. Obesity is caused by an imbalance between incoming food intake and expended energy, causing fat deposits in the body. Objective: educate youth about fitness and health so they don't get caught in the trap of technological advances that lead to sedentary behavior. Method: Community service is done through education through lectures and hands-on practice in class. Respondents' knowledge was taken with a questionnaire before and after the activity. Result: students only do physical activity once a week at school, namely during physical education lessons. The average student's pulse ranges from 90-100 beats per minute. In the push-up fitness exercise, there were 28 students in the less category, seven students in the sufficient, and three in the good. Sit-up fitness test, 26 students were lacking, six were adequate, and six students were good. Conclusion: Most of the physical fitness levels of SMA MIBS Kebumen students are in the poor category. Education increases students' knowledge about health and wellness.
