Case details:This is a case report of a 65 year old male ,admitted in our hospital with long history of Type 2 diabetes  with pain and swelling on right side of nose  and signs and symptoms indicating Rhino-Orbital-Cerebral-mucormycosis.  Methodology:The level of involvement like nasal cavity, septum, turbinates, sinuses, palate, orbit involvement was noted and the protocol of medical and surgical management was decided in accordance to that. Post surgery KOH mount and HPE report after every debridement,CT and MRI findings were the mainstay. Abstract
