Abstract

This research project investigates the impact of Chinese workplace culture on the productivity of Western employees, with a focus on the role of cultural conflict in shaping workplace dynamics. Using data collected from a questionnaire administered to Western employees working in Chinese restaurants in Ontario, Canada, the study examines the degree to which cultural conflict influences productivity.
