Abstract

: In order make Paperless services comes to reality and support Good Governance and Electronic-Based Government Systems (EBGS) that are clean, effective, transparent and accountable as well as quality and reliable public services in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems, it is necessary to provide Service transformation at Pringsewu District Government under the auspices of the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Pringsewu District. So far, services at BKPSDM Pringsewu District have been carried out manually by visit the BKPSDM office and submit a pile of required documents to the officer in charge. The District Personnel Administration Service Information System, hereinafter known as "Pak-D" was born and built to facilitate and support the realization of SPBE within the Pringsewu District Government.
