POLYMER MATERIALS FOR PROTECTIVE COATINGS OF TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT AND PIPELINES

Abstract

The article raises issues of pipeline and technological equipment protection with elastomer-containing materials. The polymer bases and additives used to create anticorrosive aggressive coatings are considered. The effect of fillers of various nature on the aggressiveness of coatings is indicated. The possibility of using elastomeric materials as protective coatings is established. The expediency of carrying out work in the field of development of elastomeric materials for the protection of equipment and pipelines from corrosion is determined.
